A very large deep-cobalt portrait plate from Boch Frères, Belgium — the same "woman reading by a window" subject as our smaller Boch plate, here rendered in a larger format with a considerably more elaborate scrollwork and floral border. Not Dutch Delft, but a distinct and well-regarded Belgian ceramics house working in a similarly rich blue palette.
