A hand-decorated ceramic bell with a broad loop handle and a detailed windmill-and-harbour landscape wrapped around the body — a moored sailboat, waterside cottage, and windmill in soft cobalt blue washes.
Marked "Crescent Potteries, Est. 1952" on the base — a South African maker, distinct from the Dutch-made Delft pieces in the wider collection.
Stands 9cm tall. No chips, cracks, or damage — excellent condition, clapper intact.
